Shipping & returns

This pre-launch policy describes the current site. Product-specific terms will be completed before checkout is enabled.

Before launch

Final shipping timeframes, destinations, costs, and return windows will be published with the first approved product. No product will be offered before its fulfillment terms are verified.

Order updates

Customers will receive available tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Problems with an order

Contact support@truestead.app with your order number. Do not send a return until you receive the applicable return instructions and destination.

Damaged or incorrect products

Report a damaged or incorrect item promptly with the order number and photos sufficient to document the issue. Available remedies depend on the product and applicable law.
